One of my biggest passions is using my knowledge to educate others, helping them make the right decisions for their health and life. My family, including three children and three grandbabies, are my world.

My name is Casey Graves. I'm a proud Nashville native, born and raised here in the close-knit community of Mount Juliet.  I shared my childhood with my twin sister and older brother, exploring the outdoors in the area. I joined the family business at the age of 21. Helping people with their Medicare amongst my family members is my dream.

I am a mother of two beautiful children and two dogs, Rocco and Weller. My pups and I look forward to seeing you in our office soon!

Hey! I’m Tori — a dedicated Medicare agent who actually likes untangling the confusing stuff (someone has to, right?). When I’m not answering questions or tracking down contracts, you’ll probably find me hanging out with my favorite little sidekick, Brooks, or catching up with friends over coffee (or something stronger).

Medicare might be complicated, but I try not to be. Helping people and spending time with the ones I love — that’s what keeps me going.

My name is Donna Sigmon. I've been in the Medicare industry for over 14 years. I specialize in the senior market, Medicare plans, and life insurance. I am passionate about helping people understand Medicare and helping them find the best plan based on their personal needs. I love being Nonna to my granddaughter, Willow, as well as gardening and spending time at the beach. I am the mother of two wonderful kids and three precious fur-babies.

My name is Monica Veatch. I was born and raised in Western Kentucky. My husband Justin and I are both agents at the IMS office in Mayfield, KY. We have three kiddos, a Great Dane, and a Welsh Terrier. I also love the outdoors, traveling, and UK basketball.

I worked in healthcare for 12 years before deciding to join the family business in 2021. I enjoy helping seniors figure out the "Medicare maze" and find the best-fit plan for them. I'm licensed in KY, TN, IL, and GA, and would love to help you with your health insurance needs!

My name is Justin Veatch and I live in Western Kentucky with my beautiful wife, Monica, and our three children. I joined the family business in 2022 to work as an agent in the Mayfield, KY office. I have been a public servant for 18 years; I enjoy talking to people and helping them better understand their Medicare options. I'm licensed in KY and TN.

I'm an avid sports fan and a walking sports encyclopedia. I also love traveling with my wife and kids, going to ball games, grilling, and beach vacations with my family.

I received a civil engineering degree from the University of Tennessee after eight years in the United States Air Force. I have a passion for helping veterans.

A Nashville native, I have been married to my husband Ron for 32 years. We have one son together, and I have a stepson and two grandchildren. In our spare time, Ron and I love to go camping and to the beach. I also enjoy exercising and gardening.

When I'm not working, you’ll find me enjoying quality time with my family and church community, going for drives with the music playing, watching sports, soaking up the outdoors, or my favorite — catching a beautiful sunset.
